Questions about cultural-political consultation?

Cultural-political consultation aims is to facilitate the emergence of long-term, excellence-oriented concepts in TANZPAKT Stadt-Land-Bund’s three funding areas, to strengthen dance structures in the medium and long term in municipalities and federal states, and to achieve permanent adoption of the promotion programme.

The Dachverband Tanz Deutschland offers advice in the following areas:

  • Development of project partnerships
  • Dialogue between the dance scene and public sponsors
  • Process moderation and support with project partners up to concept development
  • Strategic consultation to strengthen the local dance scene in federal states
  • Cultural-political communication in cities, federal states and nationally

Consultation is offered in:

  • Individual sessions (on request)
  • Workshops with the dance scene and public sponsors or, if applicable, with any project partners already on board
  • Information events organised as local, regional or national events

From 13 May to 11 June 2025, we will be offering only digital consultations via teams of 45 minutes each on Tuesdays between 9:30 and 11:15 a.m. via the booking tool.

Questions about submitting an application?

Due to the complexity of the funding programme, it is recommended that you make an appointment for advice before submitting a project application. Dachverband Tanz Deutschland and Buerau Ritter gUG will be happy to advise you if you want to develop a project for which an application is to be submitted to TANZPAKT Stadt-Land-Bund.

The TANZPAKT team of the Dachverband Tanz Deutschland advises on concept development, e. g. by defining possible deficits and potentials of dance on site and jointly considering which forms of strengthening dance are urgently needed in terms of the funding programme (e. g. infrastructure development, spaces for dance, development of project funding, audience development, management, etc.).

Employees at Bureau Ritter gUG, which is managing the TANZPAKT Stadt-Land-Bund Promotion Funds, will be happy to answer any questions regarding the content and budgetary aspects of the application, e. g.:

  • Questions regarding funding or the application and funding criteria in force
  • Questions on all budgetary and content-related aspects of the application (preparation of the financing plan, explanation of the forms and documents to be submitted)
  • If you have any questions that arise during the further processing of your application, you can contact Bureau Ritter at any time and, if necessary, take advantage of further advice.
  • If you have any questions that arise during the funding period of your approved project, e.g. with regard to your financing plan or changes to the content, you may also contact Bureau Ritter.

Consultations by appointment can take place at Bureau Ritter or by telephone.
